- Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $150.

- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances.

- Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.

- We accept checks unless an alternative arrangement is made.

- Late payments may result in an additional $20 charge.

- Clients must provide access to the premises at the scheduled time.

- Any hazardous materials or unsafe conditions must be disclosed prior to service.

- Valuables should be secured before cleaning begins.

 

6. Liability and Damages

- We take great care in providing our services, but we are not liable for pre-existing damage.

- Any damages caused by our staff must be reported within 24 hours for evaluation.

- We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.

 

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

- If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours for resolution.

- We may offer a re-cleaning or partial refund at our discretion.
